Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 1 working day after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Time

Yerevan: Same day or 1 working day
Outside Yerevan: 1–4 working days

Shipping Fee

Shipping across Armenia: 1,000 AMD

Delivery Information

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. Crafted Corners is not responsible for delays or missing packages caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and send clear photos or videos. We will review the case and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Manufacturing Defects

If your product has a manufacturing defect or missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to find the best solution.

Change of Mind

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The original shipping fee (1,000 AMD) is non-refundable.

Customers are also responsible for the return shipping cost.

Used Products

Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

If you discover a manufacturing defect within 2 days of receiving your order, please contact us. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
